All too often remanufactured laser ink cartridges are substantially inferior to OEM toner cartridges. Unfortunately, many are made overseas in China or Mexico under poor quality standards. For example, some remanufacturing companies avoid cleaning and repairing broken parts in favor of simply drilling a hole in the side of the cartridge and refilling it with toner.
The quality standards for remanufacturing “split-hopper” toner cartridges may be even more lax. Crucial steps are often skipped altogether in remanufacturing these cartridges, including checking the actual clips that secure the split halves of the toner hopper. Clips may become loose or fall off when the cartridge is in use, causing the printer to jam.
In our Colorado manufacturing facility at LaserCycle USA, we work under demanding specifications. This means we inspect all disassembled cartridges, replace worn or defective parts, and clean them before refilling and reassembling the cartridge.
This boosts the output of LaserCycle USA’s remanufactured ink cartridges. You’ll find them a great value.
